It’s a long beach, basically just walk and enjoy the sea view with sunset ( if the weather is good haah )

both options are nice for sunset, if you choose Tung Fuk Beach then you have to return to the city by bus, and leave from Tung Chung. You can take a ferry back to central directly if you choose to go to Mui Wu, so it’s depends on where you’re staying / heading to.
there are some restaurants in Mui Wo as well, you can either have dinner there or have it when you back to the city
